Each venue has their own unique link for registration. You must register with clubs individually to bring them into your app. We don’t provide a list of these links, so if you can’t find them please contact the club directly or have a look at their social media or websites for clues. Please do not e-mail Nyx with questions about how to become a member.
Applications for memberships are processed by the venues individually. They define their own criteria for approval and may reject your application for any reason. We have no control over this process and cannot provide you with insights into whether your application was approved or rejected. If you have questions about an application for membership, please contact the venue directly.

If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset it at reset.nyxapp.net – just enter the e-mail address associated with your account and you’ll receive a link that lets you select a new password. If you don’t now which e-mail address you used you’ll have to e-mail us at customer@nyxapp.net. We may require you to provide ID for account recovery. If you can log in with Facebook or your Apple ID, you can go to members.nyxapp.net and look at your profile to determine which e-mail address you used.

You can modify your basic profile info (except your name, gender and date of birth) from within our members app or on members.nyxapp.net.

We don’t let you change your age, gender or name on your own, as it would make it a lot easier for underage people to suddenly become 18 or 21 or change their name and use someone else’s ID. If your age or name is incorrect, you’ll have to e-mail us at customer@nyxapp.net. We will require you to submit a picture of government-issued photo ID where you date of birth is visible. We will delete this information as soon as the process is complete, or no later than 30 days after we receive you request, should the process stall.

In order to link your Nyx account to a new Facebook profile, we’ll require your new Nyx Facebook User ID. You must have added the Nyx app to your Facebook profile (just attempt to log in anywhere on our platform with Facebook) for the app to show up. Once you’ve done that, you can find the Nyx User ID on Facebook under Settings -> Apps & websites -> Nyx. It’ll be a long number printed with small font somewhere on there and looks something like 1284892523491098. E-mail the ID to us at customer@nyxapp.net from the e-mail address associated with your Nyx account.

We don’t provide refunds as we don’t control the cash flow for ticket events. You must contact the venue you bought the ticket(s) from directly. Their contact info is on your receipt and refunds are at their discretion. We cannot help you if they refuse.

In order to remove your account please e-mail us at customer@nyxapp.net from the e-mail address associated with your Nyx account. We will process your request in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.

Hit sign up in the top right corner, fill out the form and we’ll take it from there. The only on-site hardware required is iPads and/or smartphones. We’ll make sure to onboard you and your staff properly.

As your member database grows, so does the cost. Only approved members count; pending and rejected members are free of charge. Billed in blocks of 100.

Each active login – be that an employee, promoter or owner – with access to your administration apps.

You may wish to brand your venue with different identities depending on weekday, season or event. Each of these identities contain an isolated membership system. One (primary) identity is required.

Our membership app grants access to memberships, messages, ticket sales, perks and contact information for your venue.

Our ticket system integrates with our membership system for a streamlined and recognizable experience for your guests. Flexible options for availability and discounts based on member types.

With the graphical color-coded overview, our table system makes it easy to keep track of your tables in real time to make sure every guest receives that extra personal touch.

With our guest list, the entry and the bar is always up to date with information on free entries and promotional drinks or bottles.
